Managing your account
- Change your details. Update your name, email, and profile from Settings → Profile.
- Reset your password. Use Forgot password on the login screen to get a reset link.
- Delete your account. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from this page or from your account settings. This cannot be undone.

How accurate is the transcription?
Remindr transcribes at ~98% accuracy across clear audio, and keeps improving as it learns the voices and vocabulary you use most.
How does speaker recognition work?
The first time it hears someone, you assign them once. After that Remindr matches their voice automatically on every future recording — no setup, no re-tagging.
Can I trust the answers it gives me?
Every answer is grounded in your own notes and meetings, with inline citations back to the exact source and date. When facts change, you see a dated timeline instead of one stale answer.
Is my data private?
Your recordings and transcripts are yours. They're encrypted, never used to train shared models, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
What can I use it on?
Remindr works on web and mobile. Record on your phone during a commute, then ask questions from your laptop — it's one connected memory.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free tier includes 300 transcription minutes a month (across voice notes and meetings), unlimited text notes, automatic transcription and titling, search across everything, and 20 chats a month. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited voice notes, meetings, and chat.
